OTC Buying an Opportunity to Build Trust and Repeat Business

People understand that, most of the time, they do not get what they paid when they resell. I had a guy in last week telling me he’d be happy to get $500 for a ring but was paid $650. He was thrilled to be paid more than he expected and I was happy to be fair with him. Buying is another service to our clients. If they did not feel they were treated fair they would not come back to buy from me. And they do.
