- WebActive operates on a "time and materials" basis. Cost estimates are provided upfront. Periodic updates of these estimates are provided on an as needed basis during development.
- An initial consultation is held with the client to determine their needs, goals and budget. The initial consultation is free of charge, unless it extends past one hour.
- WebActive submits to the client a standard "terms and conditions" agreement, a specific description of the project, an estimate of hours required, and an estimated completion date.
- Any changes or modifications to terms of the project (i.e. plan change, change of estimated hours, etc) must be documented and agreed upon in writing by both parties.
- An annual operating fee will be charged if applicable.
