PolyPower Story #119 "Never Disappoint a Customer!"
As a retail store in downtown Chicago our goal is to put a smile on the face of everyone who comes into our store. We average 400 GIA-certed diamonds in our store at any one time, but no matter how much inventory we have, the customer always wants something else. We use Polygon to find what they need and to make them smile.
My first transaction on Polygon is an example of that. A woman from Taiwan was looking for a one and three quarter, round, E, VVS1, with a GIA cert. I couldn't find that stone in Chicago, at any price - but I found in on Polygon. It was available from a dealer in Richmond, Virginia, and I made the sale. The woman came back later with her family and altogether they've spent nearly $120,000 with us. Now each time she returns, she smiles.

I have contacts all over the world for buying diamonds, including dealers in Antwerp and Bombay - but when I need a specific diamond right now, to close a sale, I always turn to Polygon.
